Educated in Democratic Republic of Congo, earning his masters in Rwanda, Delphin is a business development specialist with more than 20 years experience in development work in East Africa. The work includes business opportunities assessment, business plans elaboration and their implementation in rural as well as in urban settings. He has worked with Pilot Light since 2009, designing, implementing and supervising all projects in East Africa. Delphin, a Rwandan, resides in Kigali, Rwanda with his wife and 4 kids.
